Family Physician Position
We have exciting opportunities for family practice and general practitioners at our established Truwell Medical Services locations. Full-time and part-time positions are available along with flexible hours to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- University Degree and Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Must be licensed or eligible for independent practice in the province by the College of Physicians and Surgeons
- Must have or be eligible for CMPA medical malpractice and liability insurance

Medical Receptionist & Front-Desk Administration
Truwell Medical Services is looking for friendly, caring, and organized medical receptionists. Part-time and casual positions are available. Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and/or weekends.
- Previous medical clinic or front-office experience is a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Highly proficient in oral and written English
- Bilingualism in Mandarin and Cantonese (preferred for select locations)
- Working knowledge of EMR software systems (such as Indivicare or equivalent)
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment
- True team player with a positive, patient-first mindset

Truwell Medical Services is seeking a warm, friendly, and efficient lab technician/phlebotomist to join our clinical team. Part-time and casual positions are available.
- Recognized lab technician or phlebotomy certification/diploma
- Previous clinical laboratory or phlebotomy drawing experience
- Basic clinical triage skills and vital signs monitoring
- Proficiency in patient reception and intake skills
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Bilingualism in Mandarin and Cantonese (preferred for select locations)
- Familiarity with EMR systems (preferably Indivicare)
- Proven multitasking skills in a fast-paced medical environment
