Do you accept walk-ins or is an appointment required?
Walk-in visits are fully accepted during our operating hours. While appointments are recommended to minimize wait times, urgent care and walk-in patients are always welcome.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes, our physicians are currently accepting new patients for family practice as well as on a walk-in basis. Please call our clinic to schedule an initial meet-and-greet appointment with a physician.
Can I be seen if my regular physician is unavailable?
If your primary doctor is not available or if you have an acute issue that cannot wait, our team will schedule you with another available physician at the clinic to ensure timely care.
What should I do if the clinic is closed?
For life-threatening medical emergencies, please dial 911 or visit your nearest hospital emergency department immediately. For urgent advice after hours, you can contact your local provincial telehealth service to speak with a registered nurse.
How do I obtain medical forms, notes, or certificates?
Official medical documentation—including return-to-work notes, fitness-to-work certificates, school medical forms, and insurance paperwork—can be requested during your consultation with your attending physician.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID, your provincial health card or insurance details, a complete list of your current medications, and any relevant past medical records or vaccination histories.
How are specialist referrals handled?
If advanced care is required, your physician will evaluate your condition and coordinate professional referrals to trusted external medical specialists, physiotherapists, or diagnostic centers.
